Japan Blog Matsuri – February 2010 Edition
Dear friends, I will be your host to the February 2010 edition of the Japan Blog Matsuri.

Japan Blog Matsuri, if you’re not already familiar with it, is a monthly blog carnival founded in February 2007. You can read the history of Japan Blog Matsuri on JapanSoc FAQ. Also, I’m sure you will enjoy reading the previous Matsuri, hosted by reesan at loneleeplanet.com.
So, if you’re a blogger and you have something to say about Japan, you may be interested in participating to the Japan Blog Matsuri… And the theme of this month Matsuri is…
Japan Top Lists
That’s right, for this Matsuri I’m expecting you to make your favorite list of “greatest", “biggest", “best", “worst” etc. things related to Japan.
Please do not feel restricted in any way! We all have our lists of what we love (or not) about Japan.
- Your list may be about places, food, devices, language or people…
- It can be about books, movies, music, games, cars, museums, toys, fashion…
- It can be a “to do", “to see", “best of…” list
- It can be a list of photos, videos or links…
- It can be a short list like “Top 3…” or a very long list, like “1001 Things You Must…”
It can be… well, everything, as long as it is a top list, it is about Japan and, let’s not forget this, as long as it respects the Rules and Guidelines.
However, to be sure that our readers will enjoy them, it is highly recommended to avoid making your top list just an enumeration. Explaining why you ranked the items the way you did will add flavor and depth to your article… If applicable, images will also be very well received… ![]()
To participate to the matsuri, submit your entry by leaving a comment to this article or via the blog carnival widget displayed down the page (if the widget doesn’t show up, here’s the link to submit your article):
The deadline is Tuesday, February 23rd.
I’m looking forward to your entries! ![]()
