Funny architecture in Tokyo - photo 1

The Kappabashi street (Kappabashi-dori), located between Ueno and Asakusa, also known as Kitchen Town, is famous for its restaurant supply shops, selling from knives, furniture and ovens to the typical Japanese plastic food models.
Located right next to the entrance to the southern end of the street, the building with cup shaped balconies cannot pass unnoticed:

Strada Kappabashi, situată între Ueno şi Asakusa, este renumită pentru magazinele care vând produse pentru restaurante, de la cuţite, veselă şi mobilier până la machetele de farfurii cu mâncare, tipic japoneze.
Aflată chiar lângă capătul din sud al străzii, clădirea cu balcoane în formă de ceşti nu poate trece neobservată:
