Tokyo's Best Old-and-New Combination

A couple of days ago, someone asked me what would be the best combination of old and new architecture in Tokyo, and this image popped into my mind: the Zōjō-ji Temple versus the Tokyo Tower…

This combination looks good anytime, but at the beginning of August, the temple is decorated with paper lanterns, for the Bon Odori festival… so we have Zōjō-ji’s traditional lanterns versus Tokyo Tower’s 176 floodlights…
