Amanohashidate, the northern side of the Bridge to Heaven

Amanohashidate "Bridge to Heaven", the pine covered sandbar that is one of the "Three Views of Japan" (Nihon Sankei), can be admired from both sides of the Miyazu Bay.

The Amanohashidate "canonical" view is from the southern side, from Mount Moju, but if you visit Amanohashidate, you shouldn't miss the view from the Kasamatsu Park, on the northern side of the bay. Here it is, taken from the cable-car that connects the Park to the bay shore...
