Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Cedars, Lanterns and Mist

Tue, September 28, 2010, by Muza-chan
The Hakone Shrine is located close to the shores of Lake Ashi, but the shrine buildings are hidden by the thick cedar forest.
The path to the shrine is bordered on both sides by beautiful wooden red lanterns.
The place place looks magic in any season, but on misty, rainy days, is simply breathtaking!
