Besides the regular cabins, the Palette Town Ferris Wheel from Odaiba offers 4 fully-transparent cabins. Sometimes they are very sought after, so you can wait in line for tens of minutes...

I'm generally not afraid of heights, but I have some troubles with transparent floors... So, after I experienced the Tokyo Tower glass floor, even if a transparent cabin was available, I chose a regular one...
