Hakata Gion Yamakasa Star Wars float

The ten meters tall floats used at the matsuri of the Kushida-jinja in Fukuoka, known as yamakasa, are traditionally decorated with mythological or theater play themes, usually characters that left a strong impression.

But I also found a modern version, made around another story with strong impact: Star Wars. The background is similar to the traditional ones, with the dark side characters surrounded by flames and light side floating on waves...
