Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Hakuryu Inari Shrine

Thu, October 4, 2018, by Muza-chan
The Shinto shrine located right next to the boiling water of the Umi Jigoku ("Sea Hell") lake in Beppu is called Hakuryu Inari. Hakuryu means "white dragon" and the name comes from the white steam of the hot spring, said to look... like a flying dragon.
