Although the Japanese adopted the Western clothing (洋服 yōfuku) more than 100 years ago, the Japanese traditional clothes (和服 wafuku) are still in high demand. While yōfuku is used for the everyday life, the traditional garments are worn on special occasions, on festivals or at parties. Of course, the Hanami flower viewing festival is one of these occasions...
