Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Hirosaki Fujita Memorial garden, the best spot

Mon, October 13, 2014, by Muza-chan
One of the most important attractions of Hirosaki (of course, besides the castle) is the Fujita Memorial Garden, an almost 100 years old garden, located right next to the castle and named after its original owner Fujita Kenichi, a local businessman.

Very elaborate and designed in the traditional Japanese style, Fujita Memorial is well worth a visit is you travel to see the Hirosaki Castle. My favorite spot in this garden is this Japanese specific yatsuhashi style bridge, one of the best I have seen until now...
