Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Ishikawa, the Kanazawa castle original gate

Fri, February 9, 2018, by Muza-chan
Only a few constructions survived in their original form at the Kanazawa castle, the Sanjukken Nagaya (a long hall-like turret), the Tsurumaru storehouse and the gate facing the Kenroku-en garden, called the Ishikawa Gate. Built 230 years ago, it still stands in its original form, photographed here in the beautiful autumn decor.
