Japanese Narrow Buildings - Photo 7

Here's one of the tallest narrow buildings I've encountered in Tokyo, located near the Suidobashi Station (close to the Tokyo Dome).
The building is squeezed on a narrow strip of land, between the street and the Kanda River:
