Japanese traditional delicacies, Chadango

Among the most popular traditional Japanese sweets, consumed around the year and available almost everywhere, dango (団子) are small dumplings made of rice flour (mochiko), usually served on a skewer, in threes or fours.

Made in several flavors, they're absolutely delicious, especially with a cup of tea... My favorite variety is the one with green tea, called chadango...
