Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Jizo Doraemon with red bib

Sun, July 13, 2014, by Muza-chan
It is not uncommon in Japan to represent a deity such as Jizo in a cute form. Over the years, after seeing hundreds of such statues, I am no longer surprised when I discover a cute Jizo... But this one managed to capture my attention: here's a Jizo represented as... the extremely popular anime character Doraemon... photographed inside a small temple in Osaka.
