Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Kasai Rinkai Crystal View

Thu, September 16, 2010, by Muza-chan
The Kasai Rinkai Park, built on reclaimed land, was opened in 1989 and it is the biggest park in central Tokyo. The view towards Tokyo Bay is excellent, you can admire Odaiba, Tokyo Tower, and sometimes even Mount Fuji.

The "Crystal View" glass observatory was built in 1995, to give the possibility to admire the Tokyo Bay on bad weather too. It is a great place for bad weather, but in a hot summer day... I got out immediately, it felt like I was inside a big greenhouse... :-/
