Night walk through thousands of gates

There are several places in Japan where I like to return again and again, for new photographic experiences. One of these places is the breathtaking row of torii gates from Fushimi, Kyoto.

I tremendously enjoyed visiting Fushimi Inari Taisha on a sunny day, when small spots of sunlight were shining here and there under the red gates and I also enjoyed the place at nightfall, when discreet lanterns were casting a soft light.
And I really want to return here on a rainy day...
