Owl-shaped police box

Mon, August 28, 2017, by Muza-chan
Located in fron of the Chiba Station, under the lines of the Chiba Urban Monorail, the world longest suspended monorail systemy, this cutely-designed building is a police station.

The unusual design, that brings color to the entire area, is actually fit for the purpose because in Japan the police box (kōban in Japanese) is a friendly place, often use to find direction to local addresses and attractions.
