Seiryu-ji pagoda, Aomori
Seiryu-ji is a temple established in Aomori only 36 years ago, but it features two very beautiful constructions, the Shōwa Daibutsu, which is the tallest seated Buddha bronze statue in Japan, and the pagoda photographed here, which is the tallest wooden pagoda in the Tohoku region, having a height of 39 meters (the tallest wooden pagoda in Japan is at To-ji, in Kyoto).
