Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Shinjuku Scramble Crossing

Sun, October 24, 2010, by Muza-chan
The pedestrian scramble crossings first appeared in Canada and the United States at the end of 1940's.
The Shibuya scramble crossing (sukuranburu-kōsaten) is famous, but there are many more like it, over 300 in Japan, some of them of similar size, like this one from Shinjuku, near Studio Alta.
