One of my favorite buildings from Tokyo's skyscraper district Nishi-Shinjuku is the headquarter of Sompo Japan Insurance, one of the big financial companies from Japan (Sompo means "property insurance"). Also, at the 42nd floor, there's a Museum of Art dedicated to the Japanese painter Seiji Togo.
