Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Simply beautiful Japanese scenes, Kenroku-en autumn landscape

Thu, November 26, 2015, by Muza-chan
Ever since my first visit, the Kenroku-en garden of Kanazawa charmed me, and I was looking forward to see it again. I wanted to stroll through it in every season, because like most Japanese gardens, it was designed to offer a delightful landscape on each season.

And since the new Shinkansen brought Kanazawa to only 3 hours distance from Tokyo, here I am again, admiring the autumn landscape from the most amazing spot of the garden: the famous Kotoji lantern, surrounded by autumn red trees... Simply beautiful!
