Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Simply beautiful Japanese scenes, trains in the sunset at Ochanomizu

Wed, April 1, 2015, by Muza-chan
If you like trains, Tokyo offers many beautiful trainspotting locations... I'm not really a train buff, but I enjoy the sight of trains passing by, and one of my favorite such places is the Hijiri bridge (Hijiri-bashi), near the JR Ochanomizu Station. Three train and metro lines are crossing here, the JR Chūō Rapid and Chūō-Sōbu lines (on the right side of the photo) and the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, which passes over the Kanda river.

The background landscape is great during sunset, when the warm light changes all the tones and makes the buildings glow... A simply beautiful city view!
