Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Swarovski Crystal Omotesando Christmas Tree

Sun, December 25, 2011, by Muza-chan
Even if the Christmas is not a Japanese holiday, Japan managed for several years now to hold a record on the... most expensive Christmas trees.
In 2006, the Japanese jeweler Ginza Tanaka created a gold Christmas tree with an estimate value of $850000. This year, the record was smashed with a $2 million Christmas tree made of pure gold, made by the same company.

But Ginza Tanaka is not the only jeweler passionate by Christmas trees. Swarovski, besides their Christmas tree decorations, displayed during the last years multiple crystal covered Christmas trees in several countries - of course, including Japan. Last year, at the Omotesando Hills, they displayed a large Christmas tree decorated with Swarovski elements.
And by the same time, also on Omotesando, at the Swarovski store I found this crystal Christmas tree... and captured this cute moment...
