Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Takamatsu artistic manhole cover, Ritsurin Garden

Mon, September 11, 2017, by Muza-chan
The Takamatsu city on the Shikoku island is greeting its visitors with the friendly Smile train station and with various artistic manhole covers drawn by children, advertising the local specialties (such as Sanuki Udon) or important places, like the one photographed here presenting Ritsurin a 300-years-old garden. The QR code is for the website of Sunport Takamatsu, which is the business and shopping district erected around JR Takamatsu Station.
