Japanese advertising: Golden Tetsujin 28-go in Osaka Station

This morning, just after I left the hotel trying to get accustomed with the new neighborhood, right in the Osaka train station I stumbled over a big steampunk-like robot.

It was Tetsujin, the star of the hugely popular Tetsujin 28-go manga series, in a great looking golden version (a small 1:10 scale model made of gold was also displayed), present there as part of the NTT Docomo advertising campaign to broadband data connection.
As usual on events like this, lots of people taking photos and friendly members of the staff, explaining the details...
