Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

The Suizenji garden Mount Fuji

Mon, December 11, 2017, by Muza-chan
Built during the Edo period, the Suizenji garden in Kumamoto is one of the most beautiful gardens in Japan. While not as large as the famous Three Great Gardens of Japan, Suizenji was designed to reproduces the 53 post stations of the Tōkaidō, and features a wonderful miniature of Mount Fuji. The garden's main path was perfectly designed to highlight the Mount Fuji, offering continuous great views.
