Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

The unique temple gate of Isshin-ji

Sat, June 16, 2018, by Muza-chan
The ultra-modern gate of the Isshin-ji temple in Osaka is made of steel, concrete and glass. However, it is still a Buddhist gate, more precisely a Niomon type. The two Nio guardians, Agyō and Ungyō, were made of bronze, and like the gate they feature a unique design.
