Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Tokyo Architecture, Riverside Yomiuri Building

Tue, April 10, 2012, by Muza-chan
On the shores of the Sumida river, close to Kiyosu Bridge, you will notice a slightly unusual building, shaped like a giant square archway: the Riverside Yomiuri Building.

Finished in 1994, Riverside Yomiuri is a high-rise building, approx. 100 meters tall (20 floors). Besides offices, the building also hosts luxury apartments (and I learned that they are mostly used by the expat community). It is indeed a very nice place to live, especially if the apartment has a view towards Sumida River... (^_^)
