Tokyo Big Sight's modern garden

Many of the modern Japanese gardens are inspired by the tradition, either by the dry Zen gardens or by the promenade gardens, like this one, located nearby the famous Tokyo Big Sight from Odaiba.

The lake has very sharp and precise concrete shores (something impossible to obtain traditionally) and the mounds symbolizing the mountains were subsequently adapted, having flat tops and geometrically cut bushes, much unlike the o-karikomi and more like the topiary Western style. A small jewel, perfectly harmonized with the surrounding constructions...
