Tokyo Winter Illuminations, Meguro River "Minna no Illumi"

Sat, December 16, 2017, by Muza-chan
Inspired by the sakura cherry trees that blossom in winter, the winter illuminations on the Meguro River in Tokyo feature the real sakura trees decorated with thousands of pink LED lights.

A symbol of spring in the middle of winter, the pink illuminated trees can be admired during a stroll along the river between the JR Osaki and Gotanda stations, or, even better, from one of the pleasure boats operating here during this period.
