Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Tokyo winter illuminations Odaiba Venus Fort

Sun, November 30, 2014, by Muza-chan
Inspired by a medieval European city, the Venus Fort mall in Odaiba, Tokyo, was initially targeted at young women. And it was a success, because the European architecture, the artificial sky and the dynamic lighting that suggests the day/night cycles are all making for a very pleasant shopping environment.

Now, the Venus Fort is at its 15th anniversary and although other, more modern malls were opened in Odaiba, it is still an attractive place, especially this time of the year, when the winter illuminations are adding to the romantic atmosphere...
