Totekiko, the smallest Japanese Zen garden

Declared the smallest Japanese Zen garden, Totekiko is a really small rock garden inside Ryōgen-in, in Kyoto. On a few square meters, it illustrates a Zen kōan that says "The harder a stone is thrown in, the bigger the ripples".
