Unusual weather forecasting in Osaka, the Tempozan Ferris Wheel

Actually, there are two structures in Osaka forecasting the weather for the next day, the Tsutenkaku Tower in Shinsekai and the Tempozan Ferris Wheel in Osaka Bay.

With a height of 112.5 meters and a diameter of 100 meters, the Tempozan Ferris Wheel is visible from many tall buildings. Here it is, photographed from the ORC 200 tower, where I stayed a couple of times and I managed to learn its code of colors: the green color, as in the photo, meant that the next day will be cloudy. Sunny days are forecasted with the color range, and the rainy days are signaled with blue...
