Yamanote Anniversary Green Train

This year, the most famous train line from Tokyo, the JR Yamanote line, celebrates 50 years since the introduction of the series that gave to this line its famous green color, the 103 series. To celebrate this anniversary, the JR East company has introduced at the beginning of this year one special train, fully painted in green, just like the original Yamanote 103 series was...

Of course, I wanted to see it, but since I planned only a few days in Tokyo, I had to rely on chance. And the luck favored me, so here's a photo with this special train. The special painting looks really, really good, better that the current Yamanote line livery... and I noticed that many people were also enjoying it, taking souvenir photos with the phones...
