One of my favorite places for night photos in Yokohama is the spot in front of the Sakuragicho Station. It is quite rare to catch the area relatively free of passers-by, in order to use a reasonably long exposure, but in a freezing January night I managed to do it...
The huge building is the Cross Gate, a leisure complex hosting a shopping mall (at the lower floors) and the Sakuragicho Washington Hotel:
