Built during the first years of the Meiji period, Yoshokan was the residence of the governor of Obi. It is a sukiya-zukuri style home, with garden and chashitsu tea-house, typical for the high-ranking samurai. Opened for visitors, it is one of the attractions of Obi, in the Miyazaki Prefecture.
