300 years ago, while working in the garden, the wife of a man named Yamaguchi found a pot with coins, totaling a large sum of money. Knowing that sudden richness can drastically change people, she was afraid for her family so she didn't tell anyone about the money, and she buried the pot.
After a while, her family became prosperous, and only then she decided to tell the family about the coins. But the money were left buried, and above them they erected this small temple dedicated to Jizo, called Zeniduka, meaning "Coin Mound".
