The Dotonbori street in Namba, Osaka, is renowned for its spectacular restaurant billboards, with ingenious 3D elements. The beauty of the street and the restaurants quality draws many visitors, but Osaka has another, very similar area, which is a bit less-known at least to foreign tourists. This is Shinsekai, a very colorful neighborhood, with a distinct old world charm…
