Nakatsu castle in autumn

Sun, February 24, 2019, by Muza-chan

The Nakatsu castle in Oita, Kyushu, was built 531 years ago by the Kuroda clan and was one of the three Mizujiro ("Castles on the sea") together with Imabari and Takamatsu.

It was reconstructed, but because the original plans were lost, it was made after the plans of the castle in Hagi, Yamaguchi, which was never rebuilt.
