Umeda Sky Building night view

Unlike in other skyscraper observatories, the climb to the top floor of the Umeda Sky Building in Osaka is an experience by itself. The first elevator (visible in this photo next to the right tower) has glass walls, but that’s just the beginning.

The climb continues spectacularly through two escalators traversing the space between the towers. Actually, these escalators (which are also made with transparent walls, offering a dazzling view) are holding the record of world’s highest escalators…
