I see the sign walker, but he's surrounded by so many other signs that he practically gets lost in the crowded space. But I'm sure that him on the ladder helped.

The most interesting part of the photograph to me is the Naruto banner on the pole! In the US it has been my experience that only the highest class of organizations use pole banners for advertisements, such as museums, universities and theater shows. The fact that the Japanese put an ad up there for a cartoon is unique.
