Probably a lifetime isn’t enough to see all I would like to see in Japan… I’m not saying that with sadness, on the contrary, I consider myself very lucky since I get to visit a month per year. But some places can be enjoyed differently depending on the season or depending on the weather…
Of course, I often plan my trips to visit a place during its “best moments", but when the weather is involved, it’s just a matter of luck. For example, for me, the traditional streets of Gion, Kyoto are best to be viewed during a rainy evening… like in today’s photo… Then, the old town streets are simply beautiful!
