Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Kyogamine Hill

Thu, December 20, 2018, by Muza-chan
Close to the site of the former Aoba castle, the Kyogamine Hill is the resting place for the most important members of the Date samurai clan. A path made of stone steps is starting at the base of the hill, crossing an old cedar forest up to the three mausoleums of Date Masamune, his son Tadamune and his nephew Tsunamune.
