There are places that look great in photos only during some moments of the day, or during a particular season... Other areas are looking great at anytime of the year.

Here's this bird's eye view of the Tsukishima Island in Tokyo, taken from the Saint Luke's Tower, an area that you already saw photographed at sunrise and by night. I couldn't help but to take another photo during sunset, while the moon was rising over the city. Other colors, an entirely different view and feeling, but no less beautiful...
