Every year, more than 2.5 million people are climbing Mount Takao (Takao-san 高尾山) in Tokyo, attracted by the Buddhist celebrations held by the Yakuoin Temple and by its natural attractions.

During the summer, Mount Takao is the perfect place to admire hydrangea while in November takes place the Takaosan Momiji Matsuri - Maple Leaf Festival, a festival advertised even on the manhole covers...
