Okochi Mountain Villa is a complex with garden that belonged to a famous jidaigeki actor, Denjirō Ōkōchi. One of the 4 buildings, recorded among the Tangible Cultural Properties, is this tea house (chashitsu in Japanese) called Tekisuian.

Located right in the middle of the moss covered garden, and accessible via a path of unpolished stones, the chashitsu is opened to public and offers visitors a cup of hot matcha tea...
