Tokyo Tower Diamond Veil illumination

Sun, March 20, 2016

Launched in 2008, on the occasion of 50 years celebration of Tokyo Tower, the illumination called “Diamond Veil” remained in use for special events, and in every Saturday, for just two hours, between 8PM and 10PM.

The Diamond Veil is made of 276 light bulbs of 7 colors, and each color has a special meaning. The white illumination, photographed here, signifies “Eternity and Succession".
