Sun, March 10, 2019

This small temple in the Senso-ji complex in Asakusa, Tokyo, is located close to the Toki no kane “Bell of Time”. Enshrined here is the statue of Rojo Benzaiten (rojo means elderly woman), which is one of the most important statues of the Buddhist goddess Benzaiten in the Kanto region.
