Japanese blade

Tue, January 15, 2019

The uniqueness of the Japanese blade comes from both the unique creation process and the material used, a type of steel specific to Japan called Tamahagane. Thus, the blade is made with a combination of two types of steel, having a hard cutting edge wrapped by a softer core that creates a flexible back.
