Aizumura Park pagoda

Sat, January 5, 2019

In the complex of Aizumura, the main attraction is the giant statue of Aizu Jibo Dai-Kannon, but the park also includes a garden featuring elements of Buddhist architecture, such as the three-story pagoda photographed here. Arranged in a valley at the base of the giant statue, the garden looks beautiful in autumn, with numerous carefully trimmed azalea bushes.
